- 3 What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund. 24‑48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund.
- 4 Are your rates flat or hourly?
- Both. Airport transfers have flat rates. Local trips and events use hourly rates (minimum 3 hours).
- 5 Do you offer wheelchair accessible vehicles?
- Yes. Request at least 48 hours in advance. No extra charge.
- 6 Can I book a last‑minute ride?
- Same‑day bookings are subject to availability. Call us directly for urgent requests.
- 7 Is there a waiting time fee?
- Airport pickups include 60‑90 minutes free. Non‑airport includes 15 minutes free. Overtime is $0.75 per minute.
- 8 Do you allow alcohol in the vehicle?
- Only in stretch limousines and party buses, and only for passengers 21+. No glass bottles.
