1. Rate Information
Apex Zenith LLC offers flat-rate and hourly chauffeur services within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. All rates include a professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking, meet-and-greet service, luggage assistance, and 60 to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time at airports. No surge pricing is applied.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances
Apex Zenith LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any intoxicating substance by its drivers while on duty. This policy applies from the moment a driver reports for duty until the driver’s shift ends.
If any passenger believes that a driver is under the influence of an intoxicating substance, the passenger must report the violation immediately to:

- City of Dallas: 3-1-1 (or 214-670-3111 from outside Dallas)
Upon receipt of such a report, Apex Zenith will immediately remove the driver from service and conduct a formal investigation. Verified violations result in immediate termination of the driver and a report to the Dallas Transportation Regulation Division. The passenger will receive a full refund for the trip. This policy is posted in all company vehicles and provided in writing to every driver.

4. Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles Available Upon Request
Apex Zenith LLC provides wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) to any passenger upon request, in full compliance with Dallas City Code Sec. 47A-2.4.4 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. No additional fare is charged for WAV service.
To request an accessible vehicle, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup by calling +1 682 481 6011 or emailing info@apexzenithexe.com. If a request is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a WAV without unreasonable delay.
When a WAV is requested, Apex Zenith will either provide the vehicle directly or arrange for a qualified third-party provider to do so. If you require assistance with boarding or securement, please notify us at the time of booking.
5. How to Report Complaints to the City of Dallas
Pursuant to Dallas Ordinance 29696, passengers may file complaints about Apex Zenith LLC’s transportation-for-hire service directly with the City of Dallas:
- Inside Dallas city limits: dial 3-1-1
- From outside Dallas: dial (214) 670-3111
- Online: through the Dallas 311 website or the Dallas 311 mobile app (search “Dallas City Hall On-the-Go”)
When making a complaint, please provide:
- The date and time of your trip
- The vehicle license plate or Apex Zenith booking number (if available)
- A clear description of the issue (such as overcharging, driver conduct, vehicle condition, or accessibility barriers)
The City of Dallas Transportation Regulation Division investigates all complaints and may take enforcement action including fines, permit suspension, or revocation. For emergencies or active safety concerns, always dial 911 first.
